What an Xactimate estimate is

Xactimate is the estimating software most insurance carriers, adjusters and restoration contractors use to price repairs. An Xactimate estimate lists every repair as a line item with a quantity and a unit price from a regional price list. That structure is why carriers can review and compare estimates quickly.

Exterior versus interior

We measure roofs, walls and gutters ourselves, so exterior estimates need little from you beyond the address and photos. Interior estimates need interior dimensions, which you can provide through Matterport or our interior room form.
