What a supplement is

How we help
- We write your own Xactimate or Symbility estimate for the job from your measurements and photos.
- We prepare the supplement showing the items to be added or corrected.
- We can supply the roof and wall measurements that support the scope.
What to send
- The carrier's estimate.
- Your photos of the damage and the existing conditions.
- A measurement report, or the address so we can measure it.
- Claim number, date of loss and any carrier correspondence about the disputed items.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee how a carrier responds to a supplement. We prepare a clear, documented request from the information you provide, and we recommend you review it before you submit it.
