How the percentage works
The price is the percentage of the total of the finished estimate, or the minimum if that is higher. A $20,000 water damage estimate is 1% = $200. A $5,000 water damage estimate is 1% = $50, so the $104 minimum applies. A $20,000 fire estimate is 2% = $400.

Pricing questions
How much do measurement reports cost?
Roof reports are $12 as Xactimate ESX, $16 as Symbility XML and $24 as a standard PDF. Wall reports are $41 (Standard) or $82 (Complete) as ESX or XML, and $50 or $100 as a PDF. Gutter reports are $19 as ESX or XML and $38 as a PDF. A PDF copy of each ESX report is $8 per ESX file, so a roof and wall with PDF copies adds $16. The price is shown on the order form before you pay.
How much do estimates cost?
Roof estimates are $62, siding and exterior estimates are $73, and a roof and siding bundle is $104. Supplements are $52. Interior estimates are a percentage of the estimate total with a $104 minimum: 1% for water and flood, 2% for fire and smoke, and 1% for mold, packout and other interior work. Commercial estimates start at $209. Rush delivery adds $41.
