Matterport and interior estimates
Interior estimates from Matterport details or room dimensions
We measure exteriors ourselves. For interior work, we need the inside dimensions. Send Matterport details, or download our interior room form, and we write the Xactimate or Symbility estimate.
Interior pricing
Interior estimates are priced as a percentage of the estimate total, with a minimum. Commercial estimates start at $199. Rush delivery adds $39.| Interior estimate | Price | Minimum |
|---|
| Water damage and flood | 1% of the estimate total | $99 |
| Fire and smoke | 2% of the estimate total | $99 |
| Mold, packout and other interior | 1% of the estimate total | $99 |
Two ways to give us interior measurements
Matterport
If you scanned the property with Matterport, send us the details of the scan. We take the room dimensions from it and use them to price the loss.
The room form
No scan? Download the water damage and drying room form (a fillable PDF) and fill in room dimensions, ceiling heights, affected materials and notes about the damage.
