The EstimateClaims website at estimateclaims.com is operated by Digital Aerial Technologies LLC. This policy applies to the website and to the services you order through it. By using the website, you consent to the practices described here.
Information you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, billing and job addresses, claim details such as claim number, date of loss and type of loss, files and photos you upload, order details and messages you send us.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor. Card details are sent securely to the processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits and card type. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we and our service providers receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring page.
We use your information to operate the website, take and deliver your orders, process payments, provide customer support, send order-related messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services. We also use it to tell you about other products or services of ours, and you can opt out of those messages at any time. We may contact you with surveys about our current or potential services.
We keep track of which pages customers visit so we can see which services are most popular. We may use that information to deliver relevant content and advertising.
We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. When personal information such as a card number is transmitted to other websites, it is protected with encryption such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Our Terms of Service describe how long we keep backups of purchased materials.
The website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy to reflect company and customer feedback and changes in the law. If our practices change, we will post the updated policy here with a new date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
