The reports
- Roof reports: area, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, eave and rake lengths.
- Wall reports: wall areas and openings for siding, paint and exterior work.
- Gutter reports: gutter and downspout lengths.

A report is not an estimate
A report tells you the size of the job. An estimate prices it. If you want both, order the report and the estimate together, or order a supplement when the carrier's estimate is short.
