- For water, flood, fire, smoke, mold and packout we need interior dimensions. Send Matterport details, or use our form with room dimensions and notes.

- Roofers who dispute a carrier estimate use us to write the estimate and the supplement, backed by measurements and photos.
- Your format and your name
- Xactimate or Symbility. Add your logo, and overhead and profit at 10% each when the job calls for it.

What is the difference between a measurement report and an estimate?
A measurement report gives you the dimensions of a structure: roof area, pitch, ridge, hip, valley, eave and rake lengths, wall areas and gutter lengths. An estimate prices the work. It turns measurements, photos and notes into line items with quantities and costs in Xactimate or Symbility. EstimateClaims provides both.
