How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard — Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees or penalties.
What is the $15/report rate on Elite?
Elite subscribers get residential roof measurement reports at $15 each — the lowest per-report rate available. Commercial properties and specialty reports are priced separately.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via a PCI DSS Level 1 certified secure payment processor with bank-grade encryption. Your card data never touches our servers. We store only your plan status.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
